It was during a trip through Northeast Brazil that everything changed. Arriving in Icaraí de Amontada — the village, the bay, the light — something clicked in a way that defies explanation. And when we discovered Vila Icaraí, the decision was immediate: this was where we wanted to start over.
Coming from France, we brought with us a love of detail, the pleasure of good food and a certain idea of hospitality. Today, every morning begins with a home-made breakfast with a French touch, and every guest is welcomed as if they were at home — because that is exactly what Vila Icaraí is to us.
